Volleyball, although it is not a contact sport, injures the many athletes in its own unique way. Because volleyball involves repetitive overhead motions, such as spiking and blocking, players are prone to overuse injuries of the shoulder, finger and knee injuries. These are the common injuries In volleyball Rotator Cuff Tendinitis, Finger Injuries, Ankle Sprains, Patellar Tendinitis, Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Injury and Low-back Pain.

Here are the list of the womens volleyball players in Philippines that suffered a worst injuries:

1.Ara Galang (2015)
Are Galang is one of the key players of DLSU and during the final four round match against the NU Bulldogs she   injured her left knee. Galang suffered tears in her Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL), Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL) and medial miniscus, plus a big bone bruise and need to sit out for 8 months.

2. Camille Cruz (2015)

Four days after loosing ace player  Are Galang, Camille Cruz suffered a tore in her anterior cruiciate ligament in the right knee when she landed badly on her knee and immediately dropped to the floor during the game one of the finals. Cruz has already been sidelined due to injury before, suffering a torn ACL. Galang and Cruz can’t play in the game 2 of the finals against the Ateneo Lady Eagles.

3. Dindin Santiago Manabat (2017)

Foton captain Dindin Santiago-Manabat is out for the rest of the PSL Invitationals after suffering a left knee injury in the Tornadoes’ win over Sta. Lucia last Thursday. She suffered a Grade 2 MCL sprain, according to MRI results.

4. Kathy Bersola (2015)

Last season best blocker is out for the remainder of the UAAP Women’s Volleyball tournament after suffering torn knee ligament due to an awkward landing from a spike attempt.

5. Jovelyn Gonzaga (2017)

Cignal star Jovelyn Gonzaga will be out for the rest of the PSL Grand Prix match after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury on her right knee due to an awkward landing.

What can you say in these players?

Christmas to me is a celebration, which includes spending time with my family, friends and shopping for the people I love. Doing this with the people I love is what means the most to me.Spending Christmas with my family is very important to me.We usually gather and celebrate at our house together with my other relatives. We don’t usually have any decorations in our house.

When school is over and the Christmas holiday begins I usually go out with my friends. I spent my Christmas vacation by reading books and watching k drama that’s my routine. I rarely go into department stores, but during the Christmas season, I love to shop because there’s a lot of Christmas sales.

The improper waste disposal is one of the enviromental problems that the Philippines have faced and is facing. Despite of the laws that the government  have implemented still, people do what they usually do  and they can’t even segregate their garbages properly. These actions  doesn’t only affect the environment but as well as the health of the people for  garbage contains high amount of disease causing organisms called pathogens. According to WHO these are the diseases that one can get from improper waste disposal; parasitic infection, lung infection, skin infection, HIV and hepatitis B and C viruses,candida,meningitis and bacteremia. Among the seven disease that we may get bacteremia is one of the most life threatening  infection. Garbages can also cause water contamination, flooding, air pollution, water pollution and etc. If we don’t act now what will happen to the future generation. As today we are suffering what more will happen if we will neglect this problem. We people should start to act and not just react.

 Philippine volleyball history began in 1910 when the Philippines was a United States territory (1898–1946). The Filipinos have made significant contributions to volleyball in its evolution as a professional and international game. The Filipinos continued playing volleyball up to the modern-day period in its status as an independent republic (1946–present).

 It was introduced to the Filipinos by an American named Elwood S. Brown the then Physical Director of the young mens Christian Association (YMCA). It became a popular game held in backyards and at beaches in the islands. At first, the Filipinos invented their own rules for the game. US soldiers who were assigned to the different islands of the Philippine during the period also helped in the widespread introduction of volleyball to the Filipinos. These American military servicemen encouraged the Filipinos to join them in playing during their time-off from military duties. Early in the history of the game of volleyball in the Philippines, the Filipinos used trees as makeshift net holders (the net was hung between the two chosen trees).^[

Everyone needs money to support their daily needs in life. If you have a money you will be able to buy everything that you needs and wants. Money is the most important source to live a healthy and prosperous life however cannot be compared by the importance of love and care. Both have their own importance and benefits. Now that we have a train law we experience inflation where the price of goods and services increase. People in the society who are rich and have property are looked as honourable and respectful person of the society however a poor person is seen as hatred without any good impression. All of us want to be rich by earning more money through good job or business in order to fulfil all the increasing demands of the modern age. But do we really need to be rich to be happy?
